The History of Comstock Air Conditioning Comstock Air Conditioning was founded in 1985 by Lynn Comstock.

Lynn started working in the air conditioning field as a teenager but took time out to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics in 1960.

At that time, he returned to Yuma to resume his work as an air conditioning mechanic.

From 1960 -1972 Lynn was a technician for Quick Refrigeration.

In 1972, he and Milt Euhus went into business as L&M Refrigeration.

In 1974, Milt started Tri-Sun Refrigeration and Lynn returned Quick Refrigeration as one of the owners.

In 1980, he sold his interest in Quick, moving to Massachusetts where he worked as a Senior Scientist until 1983, when he returned to Yuma.

For the next year or so, he was involved in different endeavors, including selling for Polar Air Conditioning.

He then started Comstock Air Conditioning in April 1985.

Lynn taught an air conditioning class for AWC for 4 years in the late 60's and 70's.
